The indoor ceremony space holds 250 guests, and the reception space holds up to 300 guests and a dance floor.

  • Bridal suite access starting at 8 am the morning of the event for hair + makeup
  • 12 hours of exclusive event access on the property
  • Tables (long tables, round tables, cocktail tables)
  • Chairs (reception and ceremony)
  • Select decor items
  • Mobile bar for cocktail hour
  • RoseBridge Estate team member on-site during the event

We are open and available to host events every day of the year. We are booking dates for 2025 and beyond. For specific date inquiries, please email us at hello@rosebridgeestate.com to inquire about a specific date.

No! We offer all inclusive packages but couples are not required to use the all inclusive packages. We offer venue only rentals so couples can choose their own vendors.

  1. Couples hire the services of a certified and insured wedding planner/coordinator for the day of the event
  2. Approval for the caterer partner that a couple chooses to ensure a smooth, quality event. (We will approve any full service caterer that is licensed and insured)
  3. Couples get event insurance for their day ($258 and we send you the details).
  4. Couples use the RoseBridge Estate bar. We have flexible packages to make sure you get exactly what you want and save money.

Yes! Couples must get their caterer approved by RoseBridge Estate prior to the event to ensure a smooth, quality event. We will approve any full service catering company.

We have also done a lot of hard work for couples and to make it easy on them, we provide a list of pre-approved caterers and bar partners they can choose from for their event.

Couples are required to use the RoseBridge Estate bar service, but we have flexible and budget friendly packages so you can get exactly what you want for your bar.

Couples must get approval for catering. Outside of catering, couples are allowed to choose any outside vendors they wish to have at their event.

Absolutely! Our venue is wheelchair accessible in every building.

There are 12 hours of exclusive venue access included in the rental fee. This includes all the time needed for vendors to set up and tear down your event. The bridal suite will open at 8 am the day of the event without an additional fee, and regardless of when your 12 event hours begin.

Additional hours available to purchase if needed.

You are more than welcome to bring your own decor. We just ask that you only use floral wire or ribbon. The use of screws, nails, and staples is prohibited.

When booking with us, you also receive exclusive access to our bridal and groom suites. Our bridal suite has hair and makeup stations, as well as plenty of hanging space. Our groom’s suite is equipped with a card table and television.

Rehearsals are most commonly done 3 ways at RoseBridge Estate: The morning of the event, off-site, or the day before if a couple choose a package to include 5 hours the day before the event.

There is plenty of time to do a rehearsal the morning of the event if you choose. Let your wedding planner know this is needed in the schedule and they will help build in time to rehearse.

Many couples also choose to rehearse off-site. This is a great option because where you rehearse is not as important as rehearsing, especially if you have a great planner, officiant, and wedding party.

We cannot guarantee rehearsal time on-site the day before an event because there may be an event hosted on that date. With any date a couple choose, they have the option to add on 5 hours the day before for an additional fee if the date is available, and the most common is a Thursday-Friday package. This would guarantee you time to rehearse on-site as well as have a rehearsal dinner and set up the day before your wedding.

Yes! The RoseBridge Estate team and your vendors will handle all setup, breakdown, and cleaning of your event.
