Meet The Owners of RoseBridge Estate

Kenzie and Joey Waid’s love story began at Baylor University, where they met while pursuing their respective passions: Joey in sales and entrepreneurship, and Kenzie in accounting. After dating long distance for a while, the couple got engaged in the midst of the pandemic in 2020, and started planning their dream wedding.

As they toured various wedding venues in the Austin area, Joey couldn’t help but think about the idea of owning their own venue one day. Kenzie, who was in the process of transitioning to remote work in her public accounting job, found herself enjoying the wedding planning process more and more, and the idea of owning their own venue began to take hold.

After their wedding, the couple moved to Austin and Kenzie started working at a wedding dress shop, further immersing herself in the wedding industry. The idea of owning a venue became more than just a dream, and they started actively looking for properties to turn into their dream wedding venue.

For a year and a half, Kenzie and Joey toured various properties in the Austin area, looking for the perfect location to make their dream a reality. They wanted a venue that would be modern and elegant, yet also have a timeless quality that would make it stand out from the rest.

At the end of 2021, they stumbled upon RoseBridge Estate, and it was love at first sight. The property was everything they had been looking for: a stunning natural landscape, modern amenities, and a thoughtful attention to detail. They knew they had found the perfect location for their wedding venue.

Over the next few months, Kenzie and Joey worked tirelessly to design the perfect space for their clients. They hired a team of experts to help them bring their vision to life, from architects and interior designers to landscapers and contractors.

The result was a breathtaking wedding venue that exceeded even their own expectations. With its stunning natural beauty, luxurious amenities, and impeccable attention to detail, RoseBridge Estate quickly became one of the most sought-after wedding venues in the Austin area.

For Kenzie and Joey, owning their own wedding venue has been a dream come true. They love working with clients to create the wedding of their dreams, and take pride in knowing that they are making a difference in the lives of others.
