Is there more than 1 option for each of the vendors?

Yes! RoseBridge Estate has contracted with a few trusted vendors that provide great services in each vendor category to ensure availability, quality, and cohesion with the couple for their style.

Do I get to choose my vendors?

Yes! You will remain in control of the vendor selection process the entire time. The RoseBridge Estate team will present you with some options for each vendor category that are available for your date and you will choose the best option for you. If for some reason you do not like any of the vendors that RoseBridge Estate has contracted with for your wedding, you can use the budget for your own selection of that vendor, though RoseBridge Estate does not guarantee that their pricing will fall within budget for the event.

What if I want the diamond package but I also want to add a videographer?

No problem! We can add on any of the individual vendors from the platinum package to the diamond package for the budget included.

Are each of the vendors providing the same service?

Yes! Each vendor will remain relatively consistent with the other vendors in the offering. For example, all of the photographers offer 8 hours of photography, 2 photographers, a 1 hour session for bridals/engagement, sneak peeks, and a gallery of photos.

What if I want more from a specific vendor? Like an additional engagement session from the photographer or more flowers?

No problem! We have budgeted for a specific service but if you want more from a vendor you can always add on more. Each vendor has their own unique sets of offerings and we encourage each couple to explore those offerings. RoseBridge Estate does not mark‑up the pricing from the vendors so you will feel comfortable knowing up front pricing and service terms.

What if I want the platinum package but I have my own coordinator? Do I have to use the coordinator in the package?

You are more than welcome to use the coordinator of your choosing! If you use your own coordinator, or any other specific vendor, RoseBridge Estate does not guarantee that pricing will fit into the budget.

What are the specialty vendors in the platinum package?

Specialty vendors are the vendors that elevate the wedding experience for you and your guests during the event.
